Programs Offered

I take A client-centered, strength-based approach to coaching that incorporates both motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral techniques which are highly effective in promoting positive change and personal growth. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify their strengths, values, and goals, and to develop a plan for achieving them. I utilize Motivational interviewing techniques to help the client identify their intrinsic motivation and overcome any ambivalence or resistance to change. I utilize CBT techniques, on the other to help the client identify and challenge their negative thinking patterns, develop more adaptive coping skills, and modify their behavior to support their goals. By using a client-centered, strength-based approach that combines these two evidence-based techniques, I can help my clients make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives, leading to greater fulfillment and well-being.
